Condolence notes are letters of sympathy sent to the family
of the deceased. The note is to express comfort and compassion
for the loss of a loved one. They should be sent on a timely
basis and should contain sincere expressions of sympathy. It
need not be a lengthy note, but should acknowledge the loss
and your sympathy. Include a fond memory of the deceased. It
